At Babushka Childcare we always put your and your child's needs first. We understand that for your peace of mind and your child's well-being there has to be a perfect match between your requirements and the nanny's skills and personality. Our consultants who are experienced in both childcare and recruitment are here to help you to find the right person!

Privacy and confidentiality are two other things we take seriously. Babushka Childcare is registered with the Data Protection Agency and abides by the Data Protection Act.

All our candidates are interviewed personally by our professional specialists and all references are checked and vetted.

Our screening process includes:

• Face-to-face interview with an experienced consultant
• Verbal reference checking
  
• Verification of relevant qualifications
  
• Identification - we require all candidates to provide photo as identification a valid Passport or European Identity Card
  
• Criminal Bureau Check (CRB)/Clear Police Check from a candidate's original country of origin
  

We require a minimum of two years' childcare experience from our candidate.
We can provide a CRB check of your potential nanny as a part of our recruitment process and also we can organize CRB checks as a separate service for nannies.

What is the salary for our live-out nannies?

Salaries will depend upon qualifications, experience and responsibilities of the nanny and will range between £8-10 per hour net. Please note that each nanny position and responsibilities involved is individual and these are only the guide minimums. Usually, our full-time nanny is working for 8-10 hours per day.

What is the salary for our live-in nannies?

Salaries for live-in experienced nannies are between £300-400 + per week net. The salary depends upon nanny experience, qualification and working hours and individually negotiated for each position. The family provides nanny a full-board: a separate accommodation and food.
