All our candidates are interviewed personally by our professional recruitment consultants and all references are verbally checked and vetted as well as most of the candidates are DBS checked or willing to undertake it. We encourage all our candidates to complete paediatric First-Aid Certificate before their placement.
We provide the highest calibre of candidates of:

This is a highly educated professional who focuses on a children well-being and appropriate for a child age development, social skills and etiquette. Usually, Governess holds teaching/childcare qualifications and can provide formal tutoring for children.
The main duties are only child related. The working hours are from 5 to 6 days and depends on whether a governess works on a live-in or live-out basis. This is a senior position and the salary usually between £12-15 per hour net. Weekends Governesses earn up to £ 14-16 net per hour in London.
A daily, live-out nanny can work either full-time or part-time. Usually, the full-time nanny work around 10-12 hours per day, 5 days a week.
The main duties will consist of all nursery duties. If some light housework is required it should be discussed at the interview. If babysitting is required, usually it is paid extra and should be agreed with your nanny in advance. Salary, depending on experience and qualification, is between £10-12 per hour or £500+ net per week. This is a guide only as some nannies can earn above and below this amount.
Our live-out nannies have a minimum of 2 years of nanny/childcare experience, some of them may have a formal childcare/teaching/medical qualifications plus work experience; some nannies might be qualified by the experience.
A live-in nanny usually works 5-6 days a week and could cover 24 hours of childcare. However, some nannies are looking for positions with 2 days off and fixed working hours during the day. As all family circumstances are different we are happy to discuss all your requirements individually and make sure that you have a good balance between working hours and your nanny responsibilities as well as the salary you offer.
Accommodation provided is own bedroom with bathroom, sometimes a bathroom can be shared with a children/family, the cost of all food. The salary depends on experience and qualifications and working hours per week. The live-in nanny can earn between £350-450+ net per week. A live-in nanny who works 6 days a week and covers 24-hour childcare earns £700+ per week net.
A nanny-housekeeper can work either as a live-out or live-in. The duties are combinations of childcare and housework around the house: cleaning the house, cooking, washing, ironing. If you require a nanny-housekeeper, please note that this position is always a compromise between your nanny childcare experience and her ability to deal with all housekeeping duties. The salary typically between £500-600 net per week, as a live-in/5 day a week with 2 days off.
Junior Nanny is less experience nanny with a little sole charge experience or some au pair or babysitting experience. They all required to provide references from previous families, first-aid certificate and attend a face-to-face interview with our experienced consultant to make sure the suitability of these candidates to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children. The Junior Nanny earns between £8-10 net p/h net as live-out.
