We select the best nannies for you!

In selecting our nannies and other domestic personnel we do not rely on a formal screening process alone but look for essential professional and personal qualities in candidates including the strong commitment to a nanny profession, good education, great communication skills, genuine love for children, understanding of children’s well-being and of course a sense of humour.

How do we select our nannies

Our screening process includes:

  • Face-to-face interview with an experienced consultant
  • Verbal references check
  • Verification of relevant qualifications
  • Identification – we require all candidates to provide the original passport and a proof of address
  • DBS Check (Disclosure&Barring Service) to learn more about DBS click here

We require a minimum of two years of childcare experience from our candidates.

We can provide a DBS check of your potential nanny as a part of our recruitment process and also can organize DBS checks as a separate service for nannies.

We are always on a lookout for committed and experienced nannies who can provide excellent references from previous families.
